Refund And Cancellations

Refunds are issued under limited circumstances. We request customers to read the following terms carefully before making a purchase:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved if:

The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

You receive a wrong item

Return is accepted and verified by our quality team

2. Refund Process

Once the product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

For COD orders, bank details will be required for refund processing.

3. Exclusions from Refund

Custom-made jewellery or pieces made on order are not refundable

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after order fulfillment

Any product returned without original certificates/invoice will not be accepted
