Return & Exchange Policy

At Nogah Jewels, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer only the best in natural diamond jewellery. However, in the rare case that you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policies:

1. Return Eligibility: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with packaging, bills, and certificates.

Items must pass inspection by our quality team before approval.

2. Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only available for non-customised jewellery.

Exchanges can be made for items of equal or higher value.

Customised or engraved products are not eligible for exchange but can be bought back under our buyback policy.

3. Conditions for Buyback: We offer an exclusive buyback policy valid for 1 year:

100% value of natural diamonds guaranteed for 1 year from the date of invoice. 

Gold value is calculated as per the current market rate on the date of buyback.

Making charges will be deducted from the total invoice value during buyback.

Customised jewellery is not eligible for refund or exchange, but buyback is available under the above terms.
